Senator Ademola Adeleke has expressed heartfelt appreciation to the people of Osun State for their unwavering support and prayers in the ongoing push to reclaim his “stolen mandate”.
In a statement signed by Akogun Lere Oyewumi, PhD, and made available to journalists on Sunday, Adeleke said: “We are humbled by the overwhelming show of solidarity from various strata of Osun society, we are inundated with calls and prayers from every segments of the society. We receive solidarity messages from the youth, students, women groups, professional associations, civil society groups, religious leaders and traditional rulers, all identifying with us in this historic movement to achieve electoral justice for the people of Osun State. We appreciate your prayers and we promise never to let you down.”
According to the statement, “Our principals, Senator Ademola Adeleke and Prince Albert Adeogun receive and appreciate your messages. We are committed to the cause of liberating Osun people from the shackles of slave holders. We are marching ahead to victory with the support of the people and God almighty. We are energised by your immense moral, physical and material support.
“As a party and an organisation, we remain undaunted by the feeble resistance of the usurpers. We want to assure the people of Osun State that no stone will be left unturned to reclaim the mandate that you freely gave us.
