A judge and lawyer had a bitter argument in court and climaxed the show of shame by going outside to FIGHT, British papers have reported.

In one of the reports, Daily Star said that Lawyer Andrew Weinstock refused Judge John Murphy’s pressured request to make his client waive his right to a speedy trial – and a loud argument got underway.

It said that as tensions between the pair escalated quickly, the judge can be heard saying: “You know, if I had a rock, I would throw it at you right now.

“Stop p****** me off!”

After Weinstock refuses the judge’s demand to sit down, the judge says: “If you wanna fight, let’s just go out back and I’ll beat your ass!”

Weinstock then leaves the room and out of view of the cameras – but with the sound well and truly on – the pair can be heard fighting.

One of them shouts: “You want to f*** with me?”

Judge Murphy allegedly grabbed Weinstock by the collar and punched him in the head, before two cops broke it all up.

The judge returned to court to a round of applause before telling everyone inside: “I will catch my breath eventually.

“Man, I’m an old man.”

Weinstock did not return and he was reassigned so the pair wouldn’t have to face off for a second time.
