The family of late Head of State, Gen. Sani Abacha, has put up for sale 65 mainly posh cars, according Abacha Ibrahim, who says he is acting on behalf of the family.
A message sent to News Express by Ibrahim said the vehicles are being offered for sale under the ABACHA FAMILY PROGRESS YEARLY AUCTION. He described it as a “LIFE TIME OPPORTUNITY FOR THE SALES OF AUCTIONS OF VEHICLE AND TRUCKS.”
Ibrahim said the announcement was “ISSUED BY LATE SANNI ABACHA FAMILY” and invited interested buyers to “COME FOR INSPECTION OR IT WILL BE DELIVER TO YOU, NO PAYMENT IS MAKE, FREE DELIVERY.”
When News Express called this morning, Ibrahim refused to disclose where the vehicles could be inspected. Apparently suspecting the caller upon being pressed further, Ibrahim replied: “The cars are no longer available” and cut the line. He refused to pick his calls thereafter.
