The self-styled Deputy Prime Minister and Chief of Staff of the United States of Biafra (USB), Ngozi Orabueze has shared an acknowledgement letter from US President Donald Trump’s White House.

The letter which she posted on X on Tuesday carried President Trump’s autopen signature.

The letter had the template and look of a “form letter”.

A form letter is a standardised, reusable document (physical or digital) with boilerplate text and placeholders used to efficiently communicate the same message to multiple recipients.

US government offices and organisations often use form letters in communication with members of the public.

Dated February 9, 2026, the letter bore the White House seal.

The letter reads, “Thank you for your letter. I appreciate you taking the time to share your views and concerns with me. Your thoughts are important, and I value the opportunity to hear from citizens like you.

“As we work to make America great again, your input helps guide our efforts. For more information on my administration’s policies and priorities, please visit the White House website.

“Melania joins me in sending our best wishes to you and your family.”

Orabueze appreciated the US President and First Lady for the letter.

She said, “Thanks so much President Trump and First Lady Melania for your letter to me. Truly appreciates.” (The Sun)
