New Chairman, National Assembly Service Commission, Commissioners assumes duty

Saviour Enyiekere, New Chairman, National Assembly Service Commission NASC

The new Chairman of the National Assembly Service Commission (NASC), Dr. Saviour Enyiekere, has promised to work harmoniously with the management of the commission, staff, and members of Parliamentary Staff Association (PASAN).

Dr. Enyiekere bared his mind during his assumption of duty at the conference hall of the National Assembly Service Commission NASC on Monday in Abuja.

While promising to promote and sustain the legacies of the management and previous leadership, he commended them for keeping the commission intact and functional.

He reiterated his commitment to promote and protect the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Tinubu, while appreciating the leadership of the National Assembly under Senator Godswill Akpabio and Rt. Honourable Tajudeen Abbas for a job well-done and for carefully selecting the new Chairman and members of the Commission.

He used the opportunity to eulogise past leaders, both alive and dead, for their contributions to the development of the commission over the years.

He described the new responsibility as hectic, saying with prayers, God will see them through.

He promised to keep intact the good records of the NASC management and staff union, so as to ensure harmonious working relationship.
