The Lagos State Ministry of Transportation has unveiled dedicated phone hotlines aimed at facilitating public feedback and complaints regarding the activities of its ministry and officials.
A statement by Mr. Oluwaseun Osiyemi, the Lagos State Commissioner for Transportation, said that the government recognised the importance of fostering transparency, accountability, and responsiveness in governance.
Osiyemi stated that the phone numbers would provide citizens with a direct channel to express their concerns, report grievances, and provide valuable feedback on transportation-related matters.
The statement encouraged the public to utilise this service responsibly by providing accurate information and details when lodging complaints or sharing feedback.
The ministry assured the public of its commitment to addressing all inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
“The hotline numbers for lodging complaints and providing feedback are as follows: 09020009000 or 09020004000,” the statement added. (Daily Independent)
