Speaker Udeze presenting Anambra lawmakers condolence message to Governor Soludo

Members of Anambra State House of Assembly have paid a condolence visit to Governor Chukwuma Soludo on the passing of his father, late Pa Simeon Soludo.
The lawmakers visited the Governor at the Governor’s Lodge, Amawbia, Friday morning where the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze, presented their condolence message to the Governor on behalf of other members.
Speaking on behalf of other lawmakers, the Speaker expressed great sadness over the loss and expressed their heartfelt condolences to the Governor and his family.
Responding, the Governor expressed his appreciation to the House of Assembly Members for coming physically to condole with him.
He thanked them for their support and solidarity at these difficult times.
News Express reports that the Governor’s father died at the state-owned Odumegwu Ojukwu Teaching Hospital, Amaku, Awka, Anambra State, on November 6, 2023
