The member representing Mushin 1 in the House of Representatives, Rt. Honourable Adeyemi Alli Taufiq is collaborating with the National Productivity Center (NPC) Abuja, in collaboration with a federal lawmaker to organizing a sensitisation workshop and empowerment for religious leaders with a view to enhancing peaceful coexistence among various religious followers in the State.

The training which commenced on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at Odi Olowo/ Ojuwoye Local Council Development Area LCDA Secretariat, Town Planning Way, Ilupeju, would feature among many other lectures and interaction among Christian and Muslim leaders numbering about 200.

A private firm, Bilhad Global Services Limited is organizing the workshop during which some resource person’s engaged by the NPC would deliver papers.

A paper titled "Training and Empowerment of Religious Leaders to Enhance Peaceful Co-existence and Security in Lagos state,” would also be presented.

Some resource persons and top government functionaries both at the federal and Lagos state government are expected to grace the occasion.

Participants would be issued with certificates and empowerment items at the end of the workshop.
