Nigerian Female Students have debunked reports that The Nigerian student community has been thrown into mourning following the sudden death of Aishah Kaila Abdul’aziz, a 400-level Biology Education student of Sule Lamido University Kafin in Jigawa State.

A statement signed by Modupe Mary Adetipa, President of Nigerian Female Students, confirmed the development but disclosed that Aisha did not die at the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) National Convention as being speculated in some quarters.

She said: “This is to debunk the ongoing news about the passing of AISHA KAILA ABDUL’AZIZ who died this morning (at a hospital in Abuja) and before her death was a 400 level, Biology Education student at Sule Lamido University Kafin in Jigawa State. That before her death, she was a resident of the capital city of the Federation (Abuja), and was never part of the institution delegates for the NANS Convention.

“Although, Her death was a great loss to the entire students community and we deeply sympathize with her family,friends and the students’ of the institution.

“We pray Allah to forgive her shortcomings and make Jannah to be her final abode, may HE grant the family a for fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.”
