Genevieve Nnaji
Top Nigeria actress, producer and director, Genevieve Nnaji, has added a voice to appreciate the good works currently carried out by health workers around the world in the fight against the novel coronavirus pandemic.
The 41-year-old Mbaise, Imo State-born Creative Arts graduate from the University of Lagos and mother of one (Single parent) said she is grateful to the health workers for their courage and bravery.
Genny Baby, as she is fondly called, who in 2011 was honoured as Member of the Order of the Federal Republic by the Nigerian government for her contribution to Nollywood shared the gratitude on her Instagram page earlier in the week.
“Thank you to all frontline workers risking their lives to save ours. To every health and essential worker doing the most at this dire time, we are grateful to you for your courage and bravery. You are the real superheroes of our generation and for that we love and appreciate you. Thank you,” she wrote.
