One of Africas most talented actors, Pete Edochie aka Ebubedike
One of Africa’s most talented actors, Chief Pete Edochie has spoken to his country men and women concerning the current lockdown in the country.
The 73 years old seasoned administrator and broadcaster who came into prominence in the 1980s when he played the lead role of Okonkwo in an NTA adaptation of Chinua Achebe’s all-time bestselling novel, Things Fall Apart, is advising Nigerians to be weary of the killer virus and stay safe.
The father of consummate actor Yul Edochie, who bagged the national honours, Member of the Order of the Niger (MON) in 2003 from then President Olusegun Obasanjo said,
“The lockdown might be over but COVID-19 isn’t locked down yet. Please stay safe. “
Continuing he said,
“If you have no good reason to go out, please stay home.”
Well, Ebubedike has spoken! A word, they say, is enough for the wise.
