Manchester United striker Odion Ighalo
Nigerian international Odion Ighalo came on as late substitute as Manchester United beat arch-rivals Manchester City by two unreplied goals Sunday evening at Old Trafford.
Anthony Martial put the homers ahead in 30 minutes while Scott McTominay profited from a goalie Ederson wild throw to fire home from 35 yards and seal victory for the Red Devils.
Ighalo came on for fellow new signing Bruno Fernandes in the 96th minute and posted a decent outing during the nine minutes he was on duty – the crunchy match having witnessed five minutes of extra time.
Earlier in the afternoon, Chelsea were on rampage against visiting Everton, disgracing them 40 at Stamford Bridge.
