The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has made the following predictions about the country’s weather condition for Tuesday, February 6, 2018:
NORTHERN STATES:Sunny and hazy conditions are expected over the Northern cities throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 32 – 40℃and 14 – 19℃respectively.
CENTRAL STATES:Sunny and hazy conditions are anticipated over this region throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 33 – 40℃and 15 – 25℃respectively, except over Jos where 32℃/15℃day and night temperatures are expected.
SOUTHERN STATES:Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions are expected to prevail over this region in the morning, while localised thunderstorms are envisaged over Lagos, Ijebu, Yenagoa, Port Harcourt, Calarbar, Eket, Osogbo, Ibadan, Akure, Benin and environs during the afternoon/evening period hours. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 35 – 39℃and 22 – 26℃respectively.
