Dominic Calvert-Lewin cancelled out Bryan Mbeumo's opener as Leeds United fought back to draw 1-1 with Manchester United at Elland Road.
Man Utd boosted their hopes of earning only their second Premier League win of the season when Mbeumo put them ahead with a deft, left-footed finish after 35 minutes.
However, Daniel Farke's side improved massively after the break and drew level, with Calvert-Lewin profiting when the visitors failed to clear their lines from a set-piece.
Leeds also had the better chances to snatch the victory, but the old rivals had to settle for a point apiece, with the Red Devils now winless in five Premier League matches.
Leeds are seventh on 10 points, while Man Utd are 13th on seven points.
How the match unfolded
After a frantic start, the first real chance fell Leeds' way as Nico Elvedi went up to attack Anton Stach's free-kick. His header was bound for the net after bouncing up off the turf, but Senne Lammens did well to push it away.
Man Utd then carved out a great opening of their own, but Mbeumo was unable to direct his header from Youri Tielemans' cross the right side of the post.
But Mbeumo made no mistake from his next opportunity, as he prodded another Tielemans delivery in to the bottom-left corner following a neat move.
Leeds applied some pressure before half-time, but Lammens was not unduly troubled as he watched Calvert-Lewin's header fade wide and was able to fall on James Justin's weak strike from the right side of the area.
The visitors' backline was breached just six minutes into the second half, though, with Tarik Muharemovic beating Harry Maguire and Noussair Mazraoui to Stach's corner and Calvert-Lewin volleying the bouncing ball home.
Leeds kept the pressure on with Ao Tanaka and Noah Okafor both hammering over the top, though Bruno Fernandes dragged a warning shot across goal at the other end.
Stach passed up arguably the best chance for either team when his left-footed volley spiralled into the stands, while a stoppage-time scramble also caused some nerves in the Man Utd defence, but neither Lukas Nmecha nor Stach could force the ball in. (premierleague.com, excluding headline)
