At just 5 ft 3 in, Cherelle George, popularly known as “Torch” George, is proving that height is no barrier to greatness in basketball entertainment.

A professional basketball player and entertainer, George has carved out a distinctive place in sports entertainment, becoming the first official Showwoman for the world-famous Harlem Globetrotters.

She has turned her exceptional ball-handling skills into a global spectacle, earning seven Guinness World Records for her basketball trick shots and dribbling feats.

Beyond her record-breaking performances, George is a three-time Emmy-nominated entertainer and a member of the Independent Women’s Basketball Championship (IWCC) Hall of Fame.

Her journey began on the college basketball court at the University of West Georgia before she transitioned into high-energy sports entertainment and global sports diplomacy.

Through her athletic ability, showmanship, and barrier-breaking achievements, George continues to captivate audiences worldwide while inspiring aspiring athletes to pursue their ambitions regardless of physical limitations.
