TikTok Stars, Peller and Jarvis tie the knot at lavish Lagos wedding
TikToker Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, revealed that he had spent a significant sum replacing mobile phones stolen from guests at his wedding.
The content creator disclosed this during a TikTok Live, expressing frustration over the incident.
Peller said he had been inundated with calls from victims who claimed their phones were snatched outside the wedding venue.
“I’ve spent a significant amount replacing some of the stolen devices,” he lamented, adding that he was “exhausted by the situation.”
The TikTok star blamed the thefts on hoodlums he referred to as “agberos” who gathered outside the venue.
He warned that such people would not be tolerated at his upcoming white wedding.
Recall that Peller announced his white wedding would be held on August 8.
He said the ceremony would be a strictly private event, with only 100 invited guests in attendance.
Peller added that security personnel would be deployed to remove anyone loitering around the venue to prevent a repeat of the incident.
Peller and his partner, Jarvis, held their traditional wedding over the weekend, which drew a massive crowd and went viral on social media. (The Nation)
