Ibadan Polytechnic
By IBUKUN EMIOLA
The management of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, has reopened its registration portal on compassionate grounds for students with deficiencies from the 2018/2019 to 2024/2025 academic sessions.
This is contained in a statement issued in Ibadan on Tuesday by the institution’s Public Relations Officer, Chief Soladoye Adewole, on behalf of the Acting Registrar, Mrs Olufunto Ojewumi.
According to the statement, the gesture is to enable affected students rectify issues that prevented them from registering or completing their registration formalities during the affected academic sessions.
“Students who fall into this category are strongly advised to regularise and complete their registration on or before 30th June, 2026.
“Students are strongly advised to make appropriate use of this opportunity as failure to do so may lead to permanent loss of studentship”, the management warned.
It added that the deadline would not be extended after June 30, 2026.
The institution also urged parents and guardians to ensure their wards take advantage of the window provided.
According to the statement, all affected students are required to pay current tuition fees and complete other registration formalities to benefit from the exercise. (NAN)
