A major construction firm with more than 500 completed projects has entered administration. Insolvency practitioners from Leonard Curtis were appointed to run Cheshire-based construction and interiors firm ONESPACE GROUP LTD on January 26, with the official notice published today, Wednesday, February 4.
Onespace Group, with its main office in Knutsford, appears to specialise in commercial office space. In a LinkedIn post from two weeks ago, the company said it provides a "fully integrated range of services designed to support organisations at every stage of their workplace journey".
"From workplace consultancy and design through to fit-out, furniture, technology, relocation and ongoing support, our teams work collaboratively to create spaces that are practical, inspiring and built around the people who use them.
"By bringing everything together under one roof, we help our clients simplify projects, reduce risk and achieve better outcomes, whether you’re refreshing an existing space or looking for a full transformation."
According to its website, the company has completed 532 projects to date and has a team of 30 people. Records at Companies House show the firm was only incorporated on June 24, 2023.
The news that it had entered administration was announced in The Gazette, an official journal of record where certain statutory notices are published, including notices placed by administrators.
Steven Muncaster and Andrew Poxon, both of Leonard Curtis, were appointed as joint administrators under the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester.
