The National President of the Niger Delta Youth For Good Governance (NDYFGG), Comr. Lucky O.O Ukueku, has called on all Niger Deltans, especially beneficiaries of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), to support Dr. Dennis Burtu Otuaro, the PAP Administrator, and his team in their efforts to enhance the programme.

In a statement, Comr. Ukueku expressed gratitude to the Federal Government for sustaining PAP and increasing its budget to address pressing needs, expand the scholarship scheme, and promote human capital development in the Niger Delta Region.

“I appreciate Mr. President, His Excellency Sen. Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, and the National Security Adviser (NSA), Mr. Nuhu Ribadu, for appointing Dr. Otuaro as PAP Administrator. It’s the right choice, and we’re grateful,” Ukueku said.

He noted th’t the increased budget has led to more Niger Delta youths benefiting from the scholarship scheme, with thousands now studying overseas and in Nigeria’s top universities.

Ukueku commended Mr. President for choosing someone who understands the region’s plight and the importance of education. He also thanked the National Security Adviser (NSA), Mr. Nuhu Ribadu, and the PAP Administrator, Dr. Otuaro, for their commitment to the programme.

He urged Niger Deltans, especially PAP beneficiaries, to support the PAP Administrator and his team. He also urged the general public to disregard any criticism of the programme and Dr. Dennis Burtu Otuaro’s administration, stating that anyone doing so is opposed to the APC-led government and Mr. President’s administration.
