President Bola Tinubu remains committed to leading Nigeria towards progress and development in spite of the formation of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), according to Abdulaziz Abdulaziz, Senior Special Assistant to the President.

Abdulaziz stated this while speaking with newsmen in Kano on Tuesday, saying the president was focused on delivering on his administration’s promises to Nigerians, in spite of the emergence of new political parties and alliances.

He says, “Tinubu remains undeterred by the formation of the ADC. He has reaffirmed his commitment to leading the nation towards progress and development.”

Abdulaziz said the Federal Government would continue to prioritize economic growth, security, infrastructure development, and social welfare.

He stated that Tinubu’s administration had shown commitment to driving growth and stability through its policies and initiatives.

Abdulaziz added that the emergence of the ADC was part of Nigeria’s democratic process, where multiple parties and interests were represented.

He said Tinubu remained committed to governing for all Nigerians, transcending party lines.

Abdulaziz said Tinubu was undertaking massive road construction projects across the country, citing examples such as the Sokoto-Lagos and Lagos-Calabar routes.

He added that the Lagos-Ibadan road had been completed, while the rail line project to Maiduguri was ongoing.

According to him, the president is committed to implementing people-oriented policies and programmes aimed at enhancing the welfare of Nigerians, regardless of party affiliations.

According to him, the president’s vision is centered on promoting unity, prosperity, and sustainable development.

Abdulaziz added that Tinubu was engaging with the stakeholders, including political leaders, traditional rulers, and civil society groups, to build a stronger nation.

He expressed confidence that the president’s leadership would continue to drive Nigeria’s progress, focused on achieving tangible results and improving citizens’ lives. (NAN)
