Governor Soludo

The Idemili North Youths’ Campaign Team (Solution Movement), which is formed for the re-election of Gov. Soludo of Anambra State for a second term in office, was inaugurated by Idemili North LGA mayor, Hon. Stanley Nkwoka.
The grand event, which attracted people from the youths’ demographic in the ten towns, which make up Idemili North LGA, took place at the Idemili North LGA headquarters’ expansive hall on July 12, 2025.
During the event, the mayor of Idemili North LGA, Hon. Stanley Nkwoka, in whose domain the event took place, said that the November 8, Anambra governorship election would be keenly contested given the political pedigrees of the political candidates for the election.
He, however, expressed the optimism and hope that Gov. Soludo would defeat other contenders for the November 8, Anambra state governorship election.
“ We have a lot of work of to do. But our work will end on November 8, 2025.
“ It is going to be a tough and difficult election, but we will emerge victorious in it,” Nkwoka said.
Hon. Nkwoka, who was elated owing to the group’s enthusiasm to embark on electioneering for the return of Gov. Soludo to office, gave handsome cash donations to the various groups that attended the event.
And he urged their members not to rest on their laurels so as to return Gov. Soludo to office come November 8, 2025.
And in his own remarks, the leader of the Idemili North Youths’ Campaign Team (Solution Movement), Comrade Gideon Chukwuebuka Nwobosi, said that Gov. Soludo’s victory in the forthcoming Anambra governorship election was a foregone conclusion because Gov. Soludo had acquitted himself well in office.
“Something good will come out of our campaign. And I am confident that Gov. Soludo will win his reelection bid.
“ So I’d like you to continue campaigning for Gov. Soludo, relentlessly and tirelessly, “ Nwobosi said.
He further gave elucidation on the “Solution Movement”, saying that the organization is not only a platform for the actualization of Gov. Soludo’s reelection bid but also a platform for the mentoring and training of young people, who would occupy leadership positions in the future.
“ The ‘Solution Movement’ is not only for electioneering; it is for capacity building. And it is for the leadership training of young people, “ Nwobosi said.
Earlier, the head of the Drug Demand Reduction Unit of National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Awka, Madam Priscilla Ogubuike, warned drug peddlers and users to desist from carrying out their nefarious deeds, which have damaging effects on our society.
And the Federal Road Safety Corps(FRSC) deputy route commander for Idemili North, Ifeanyi Onwuteaka, gave lecture to the attendees, which dwelt on defensive driving.
More so, the commander of Man of Order and Discipline Movement of Nigeria(MOD), Solomon Nwokolo, admonished us to abide by God’s commands, which are contained in the Bible, in order that we would enter the kingdom of God upon our demise.
Other important personalities, who attended the grand event were the President General of the Obosi Development Union, Barr. Chimezie Obi; the APGA Women leader for Obosi ward, Mrs Mgbakogu; and other APGA chieftains in Idemili North LGA.
