Late singer Mohbad
Despite efforts to resolve the DNA test issue for Mohbad’s child through alternative means, the family has announced that the resolution process has broken down.
According to Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba, the court had directed both parties to seek alternative resolution, but the settlement talks collapsed due to external factors.
Aloba stated that his legal adviser, Monisola Odumosu, informed the court that the settlement talks had broken down irretrievably.
The court has urged both parties to continue exploring settlement options before the next court date.
Mohbad’s father expressed gratitude to those supporting the family’s pursuit of justice, trusting that God will reward their efforts. (Saturday Vanguard)
