Tragedy struck on the Abuja-Keffi highway when a trailer’s brake system failed, causing it to crush a Honda Accord and kill four people.

The driver lost control descending Kugbo hill, and the trailer smashed into several vehicles before coming to a stop.

The impact was so severe that the Accord was squeezed beyond recognition, leaving dismembered bodies and body parts scattered at the scene.

Federal Road Safety Corps officials and sympathizers were shocked and struggled to retrieve the remains.
