Reelected CCMDFTH Chairman, Prof Enem Bassey
The Committee of Chief Medical Directors and Medical Directors of federal Tertiary Hospitals (CCMDFTH) has re-elected the Chief Medical Director, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, Professor Enem Bassey, to serve another term of office as Chairman.
This was announced during the Gala Dinner and Award Night heldafter the Annual General Meeting that started on December 6 and ended yesterday, Saturday, December 9, 2023.
Others elected are Dr Baba Yahaya Adam, Vice Chairman/Secretary; Dr Aisha AdamuTreasurer; Professor Anas Sabir, Representative of Teaching Hospitals; Professor Onyebuchi Azubuike, Representative of Federal Medical Centres; and Dr Alimi Mustapha, Representative of Specialty Hospitals.
The programme witnessed recognition and Award ceremony of both serving and former Chief Medical Directors, MedicalDirectors of federal health institutions in the country.
