Delta SSG, Dr Kingsley Emu

Delta State Government has directed all interested parties in the disputed title of Owolo of Ibusa, Ibusa, Oshimili North Local Government Area, to desist from advancing further claims to the title pending the outcome of investigation into the matter.
A statement by the Secretary to the Delta State Government, Dr Kingsley Emu, said the warning became necessary to forestall likely tendencies that would make the claims and counter claims degenerate to the breakdown of law and order.
The attention of the Delta State Government has been drawn to the festering internal wrangling in some sections of Ibusa Community, over the title of Uwolo of Ibusa.
“All claims to the Uwolo title is hereby suspended until further notice.
“All parties are advised to adhere strictly to this directive,” the statement said. (Delta State News Bulletin)
