Leaders of the Northcentral region have urged Senator Sani Musa, outgoing House of Representatives Deputy Speaker Ahmed Idris Wase, and the lawmaker representing Pankshin/Kanam/Kanke Federal Constituency of Plateau State, Yusuf Gagdi, to jettison their ambitions of heading the two chambers of the National Assembly.
Why Musa is campaigning for the position of Senate President, both Wase and Gagdi are lobbying for the position of the House Speaker.

“To whom much is given, much is expected. With this, we need to double our support to the President to enable him to deliver his pact with Nigerians as captured in the Renewed Hope Agenda. (The Nation)
