Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke; a former governor of the state, Olagunsoye Oyinlola, Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde and other chieftains of the PDP have mourned Adagunodo’s demise.

Adagunodo was said to have passed away in New York, United States (U.S.), on Monday, May 8, 2023, during a brief illness aged 62.

Adeleke, in a condolence message signed by his spokesperson, Olawale Rasheed, expressed shock at Adagunodo’s demise and described it as “a sore loss, not only for the party, but also Osun State.”

Oyinlola described the death of the politician as a huge loss to Osun State, the party and the country.

Also, Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, yesterday, described the death of the PDP leader as a sad loss to the party.

Chairman of PDP in Oyo State, Dayo Ogungbenro, in a statement in Ibadan, yesterday, through the Publicity Secretary of the party, Akeem Olatunji, described the death of Adagunodo as a shocking, painful, and irreplaceable loss to the entire PDP family in South-West. (The Guardian)
