The Director General, National Productivity Centre, Dr. Kashim Akor, who doubles as Otunba Gbeluniyi of Ilaro, Yewa land, has congratulated the Olu of Ilaro and Paramount Ruler of Yewaland, Oba (Dr) Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle, as he attained eleven years on the throne of his forefathers.

In his congratulatory message issued on Friday, April 14, 2022, the title holder of Yewa land, Awori kingdom, said the over one decade reign of Oba Olugbenle was eventful, marked with progress and development of the land.

Kabiyesi, Oba Gbadewole was installed as the 20^thOlu of Ilaro and 2^ndParamount Ruler of Yewaland at a grand ceremony on April 14, 2012. He has given the people of his domain cause to rejoice, celebrate and give glory to God

Akor noted that, as the Bible says; “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice.” “So it is with the reign of Oba Olugbenle,” he said, adding: “The eleven years have been marked with giant strides and successful accomplishments by Yewa people, home and abroad.”

Akor urged Yewa people to remain focused, determined and united as the Olu of Yewa build on the structures that he have established in the past eleven years, adding them to pray for more favour and grace from God Almighty for him to lead Yewa people to the land of their dreams and vision.

Sources from the palace indicated that prominent personalities and organizations within and outside Nigeria have been sending greetings and goodwill messages to Oba Olugbenle on his 11^thCoronation Anniversary.
