Former Senate President, Anyim Pius Anyim has described Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike as a man of principle and courage.
In a short birthday message to Wike on his 54th birthday, Anyim expressed pride in associating with the governorand prated God to grant him many more years of setting the pace and beaming the light.
The birthday message partly reads: “At 56, you have recorded milestones that take many a lifetime.
“As a local government chairman, you excelled. As a Chief of Staff, you provided effective coordination to the governors team. As a Minister, you soared. And now, as Governor, you gave given a new definition to principled and courageous leadership.
“From far away Rivers State, your landmark achievements, vision and boldness reverberate across the nation. I have come to know you better from what I can call, ‘The Acts of GovernorWike”. You always insist that only the best and the right should be tolerated.”
