Two days after Nigerian Singer, Davido’s huge Crowdfunding, Wema Bank officials have flown to Dubai to meet with the singer.

Recall that three days ago, the singer had taken to his social media accounts and called on his friends and colleagues to send him One million Naira each for the celebration of his 29th birthday and clearance of his newly acquired Rolls Royce.

Davido had made it known that he had specifically opened his Wema Bank account for that purpose.

Many of his friends and supporters raised over NGN 190,000,000.00under two days.

Wema bank took to their Instagram account to celebrate the singer for being their customer. They wrote:

“Na bank wey Davido Dey use I wan Dey use now!! Wake up and jumpstart with alat.”

On Friday, it was disclosed that Wema Bank officials flew out to Dubai to personally meet with Davido.

Bobo F. Ajudua, Davido’s lawyer, shared pictures on his Instagram story of the singer with the bank officials. He captioned it, “Wema Bank family touchdown from Lagos! ENT Law life will have you doing meetings at the wildest hours!.” (Daily Trust)
