Murdered AVM Muhammad Maisaka rtd

The Kaduna State Police Command has confirmed the killing of a retired Military General, Air Vice Marshal (AVM) Muhammad Maisaka, by unknown gunmen at his residence in Ragasi, Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna.
Residents said he was killed in the early hours of today, Tuesday, November 9, 2021.
“We awoke up this morning to discover his body in his house with gunshot wound. He was killed in the middle of the night. His gateman survived the attack with gunshot wounds,” Haruna Danjuma, one of the residents, said.
Police spokesperson for Kaduan State Command, ASP Muhammad Jalige, confirmed the murder.
Jalige said the incident occurred in the early hours of Tuesday, stating also that the gateman sustained injury from the attack.
He said when the information was received; the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Mudassiru Abdullah, directed the Divisional Police Officer and the Area Commander to immediately proceed to the scene.
“The corpse has been evacuated to the hospital and the gateman has also been rushed to the hospital for treatment,” he said, adding that details of the incident would be made available soon.
