Delta SSG Patrick Ukah
The Delta State Government says it is ready to key into partnership initiatives that will be beneficial to citizens and residents of the state through the provision of quality services, facilities and job creation.
The Secretary to the Delta State Government (SSG), Chief Patrick Ukah, stated this yesterday (26/6/2021) in Asaba when he commissioned DD’s Centrium Business Complex along DBS Road, Asaba.
The SSG said one of the flagship programmes of the Okowa administration is the Job Creation Agency established to empower the youths which has gone a long way in curbing youth restiveness in the state and occupying them positively.
Ukah noted that theestablishment of the business enterprise in the state was a welcome development as it will serve as a resource center for the state government's various empowerment schemes for the youths in the state.
He said that there is a robust synergy between the state government and the private sector which has brought about the increase in the number of private businesses established in the state.
The SSG commended the Chief Executive Officer of DD’s Centrium for setting up the business and urged her to continue to partner with the state government in building a stronger Delta State.
The owner of DD’S Centrium, Asaba, Mrs. Endurance Ichofu, pledged to compliment the state government’s efforts at empowering the youths in the state as government could not do it on its own.
