Seven persons sustained varying degrees of injury in an auto crash in Ozubulu in Ekwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra state.
The accident, which occurred around 9 pm on Monday, involved a commercial bus and an articulated truck with four women and three men on board.
The Nation gathered the bus driver was overtaking another vehicle when he suddenly rammed into the truck parked by the side of the road.
Confirming the incident, the Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Andrew Kumapayi said the crash was caused by wrongful overtaking and speeding.
He said all occupants of the vehicles sustained varying degrees of injuries and were taken to the hospital for medical attention. (The Nation)
