Boko Haram insurgents this morning stormed the College of Administrative Studies, Potiskum, Yobe State, in North-East Nigeria, killing at least three people and injuring no less than 20, a report from the area said.
The report said that the attack took place from around 8:30 a.m.
The heavily-armed insurgents were said to have killed the security personnel at the school before gaining entry to perpetrate their evil mission.
One of the terrorists died when one of their bombs exploded, the report said.
Boko Haram has been defeated and driven out of all occupied communities, with Nigerian troops currently clearing them out of their last known stronghold; Sambisa Forest in neighbouring Borno State – but security agencies have not ruled out attacks such as the one reported this morning in Potiskum.
