Over 5,000 members of the Eckankar (ECK) faith are expected to converge in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom capital for their “2015 ECK Regional Seminar” scheduled to kick-start from May 8, to May 10, 2015, with its theme as, “Travel the Road to Spiritual Freedom.”

In an interview with the press in Uyo, the Vice President of the Eckankar in Nigeria and Chairman, Local Organising Committee for the seminar, Mr. Okon Osung, said the regional ECK spiritual head and leader of Enkankar in Nigeria, Patrick Areh, would give the keynote address at the event.

Mr. Osung, who listed other features of the programme to include workshops, talks, roundtables, creative arts, youths and children events, and lots more, said that about 30 other speakers would feature at the seminar, which would hold at E3, Events and Banquets, Uyo Village Road, Uyo by 9 a.m. daily.
