Breaking News: Bomb blast rocks army barracks in Plateau

A bomb explosion has been reported at a military facility in Plateau State, North-Central Nigeria.

“The bomb hit the Nigerian Army’s 3rd Armoured Division barracks at Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau State, at about 9:45 a.m.,” according to Premium Times.

There was no immediate idea of casualties and no official comments yet on the incident.

Plateau State has witnessed a series of deadly bomb attacks in recent months but mainly in and around Jos, the state capital.
