The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has predicted moderate cloudy weather condition in the central states of the country for Thursday.

The information is contained in the Weather Outlook issued by NiMet’s Central Forecast Office (CFO) in Abuja on Wednesday.

It added that chances of isolated thundery activities over Abuja, Lokoja, Lafia and Makurdi axis were expected over the region during evening and night hours.

NiMet also predicted that the southern coastal areas would experience cloudy conditions in the morning with chances of localised thunderstorms over the region during the afternoon and evening hours.

NiMet further predicted that northern states would experience hazy conditions during the forecasted period. (NAN)
