An intimate secret of Nigeria’s foremost stand-up comedian and actor, Atunyota Alleluya Akpobome, professionally know as Ali Baba, has been revealed.

The Warri, Delta State-born graduate from Ambrose Ali University had a secret which he kept close to her chest for many years.

But during the week, the ever smiling father of 3 who turned 50 on June 24 decided to personally expose the secret to the world via his Instagram page.

Posting a picture of him as a young man with an elderly white lady, the husband of Mary whom he married 14 years ago revealed how he was offered American citizenship on a platter of gold by the white woman.

According to him, the condition attached to the offer was that he would marry the lady and she would relocate to Nigeria.

Hear him: “This lady offered me citizenship by marriage. Be she wanted to leave America to Nigeria. Had to tell her, that’s not how it works. We get the citizenship and move down to Atlanta, not the other way round.”
