Nigeria’s fast rising singer, songwriter and entertainer, Teniola Apata, popularly known as Teni the Entertainer, has embarked on a “painful” journey.

The bulky Lagos State-born artiste and Business Administration graduate from American Intercontinental University whose love for food has no equal, has decided to cut down drastically on her food intake in order to look fit and trim.

Two days back, the “For Your Case” crooner posted a video clip on the social media showing her dressed in trainers on the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos.

She had announced:

“No more bread. No more rice. No more carbohydrate. I have to be ready for my show coming up on the 16th. Hope you understand.”

And she began to do some press ups, running and jumping to the amusement of her fans who had gathered on the bridge to watch her.
