Multiple award-winning Nollywood star Kate Henshaw has revealed how she recently stood stark naked to measure her weight.

The 49 years old Cross River State-born mother of one daughter – Gabrielle – and estranged wife to Roderick James Nuttal said she stood just the way God created her to ensure that there was no additional weight on her while she was on the weighing machine.

“I was very depressed to realise that I had put on so much weight the last time I checked. I could not believe what I saw. That’s why I now try not to weigh myself every time because it is depressing. After all the plenty workouts I still find myself adding weight, even when I stood on the weighing machine naked – no trainers, no socks, no bra, no pants,” she postedin a video clip on her Instagram page.

As a result of this unfavorable result in weight loss, the Medical Microbiology graduate from the School of Medical Lab Science, Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) said she has now decided to be checking her weight only two times in a year.

“I have decided to be checking my weight twice a year now. I don’t want depression,” she said.
