Veteran actress, Joke Silva stunned television viewers when she publicly declared that even at her age, she still gets intimate with her husband behind closed doors.

The 58 years old UN Goodwill Ambassador and Member of the Order of the Federal Republic (MFR) made this revelation recently when she was a guest on TVC’s breakfast show tagged Your View.

According to the Lagos State-born graduate of the University of Lagos and the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Arts, London, many times she would wake up in the morning and remain in bed while her husband, Olu Jacobs, an equally talented veteran actor, would go into the kitchen and make her a cup of coffee.

The mother of two children did not stop there; she went on to reveal she still makes love to her 77 years old husband regularly, but in a way that is appropriate to people of their age.

Olu and Joke met in 1981 at the National Theatre, Lagos during the 21st Independence anniversary.

The actress is director of studies at the Lufodo Academy of Performing Arts, while her husband chairs the school which they both founded.
