Nigeria’s ace comedian, Ayodeji Richard Makun, popularly known as A.Y nearly lost his wife, Mabel, to death recently.

The 33 years old beautiful wife of the Ondo State-born laugh merchant, actor and radio personality had gone to one of the highbrow hospitals in Lekki part of Lagos to treat her intense chest pain butundue protocols by the hospital staff killed the time thereby putting her in jeopardy.

The interior decoration lady and mother of one personally narrated the intriguing story on her Instagram page on Monday in reaction to a viral video of a woman who nearly lost her child because of the lackadaisical behaviour of medical doctors in another Lagos hospital.

“Too bad. Had same experience with a well-known Hospital in Lekki. They said I must make payment before treatment and immediately I did.

“I got an alert, they gave me a receipt at the reception for treatment, I got upstairs for treatment and was refused treatment because they said my payment was only reflecting downstairs but not their system upstairs.

“Guess what? I was in mad pain in my chest. I had to leave for another hospital. A lot of hospitals in Nigeria need to be shut down, most doctors in Nigeria do not value human lives,” she wrote.
