Actress breaks blood oath with lover, invites well wishers to join in the celebration

Nollywood star and model Sylvia Ukaatu

Nollywood star and model Sylvia Ukaatu is now in celebration mood. And she is asking all her well wishers to join her in the celebration.

The Anambra State-born actress has been living in bondage as a result of the blood oath she claims to have taken with her boyfriend when she was a young girl.

Recently,Ukaatu granted an interview to a national newspaper, lamenting how the blood oath she took many years ago had continued toaffect her negatively, making her to go through manybroken relationships with suitorstill date.

But the petite actress has cheering news for her fans.

Some days back, she put up a post on her Instagram page announcing that the damning blood oath has finally been broken.

Placing a picture of the interview she had with the newspaper on the side, Ukaatu wrote:

“In respect of this (The blood oath interview), I want to thank all for the messages, love. I am strong now and I want to let you all know that the oath has been broken. Thank you all for the love shown. I love you all.”

Though she did not mention who broke the blood oath or by what method, the actress is admonishing all young girls not to “fall mugu” as she did with any man.

What was most painful, according to her, was that she only got know on Facebook that her so-called lover she took the blood oath with had since gotten married but refused to set her free even after all her entreaties to him.

Now that the actress has been set free from bondage, let’s watch how she’s going to keep her promise of first having sex with any serious suitor before she says, “I do” so as to avoid any “bedroom flops after marriage” (in her words).
