As preparations for this year’s epic event, the Nigeria Media Nite Out Awards, hot up, seven state governors are expected to join the glitterati on the red carpet during the gathering of who is who in the Nigerian media and showbiz industries.

With the theme “Nigeria’s Economic and Political Development: Finding the Missing Link”, the event which is in its 13th edition will parade Governors Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos), Udom Emmanuel (Akwa Ibom), Bello Mohammed Matawalle (Zamfara), Aminu Waziri Tambuwal (Sokoto), Bala Abdulkabir Mohammed (Bauchi), Yaya Bello (Kogi) and Rotimi Akeredolu (Ondo).

In a chat with Maggie’s Blog on Monday, the convener, Shola Olugbemiro, said Prince Sam Amuka, Publisher Vanguard Newspapers, will officiate as Guest of Honour.

The event holds on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.
