Caster Semenya
Olympic champion Caster Semenya has revealed that her cellphone number had been hacked and urged people who have that number to stop using it.
In a tweet posted on Monday, Semenya alleges that the scammers are using the number to demand money.
"Alert!!!! My mtn number has been hacked, anyone who has my mtn number please don't use it no more, hacker's are incontrol of it. They are asking money from you all. Get rid of that number please",wrote Caster.
Semenya has been in the news recently following the dismissal of her appeal by the Court of Arbitration for Sport challenging new IAAF rules regulating testosterone in female athletes.(BBC)
