Cloudy weather
The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Friday, April 26, 2019:
NORTHERN STATES: Partly cloudy to sunny condition is expected to prevail over the northern cities throughout forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the ranges of 38 – 41℃and 21– 28℃respectively.
CENTRAL STATES: Partly cloudy conditions are likely over this region in the morning hours except Ilorin, Abuja, and Niger where rain shower are anticipated. As the day progresses, widespread thunderstorms are expected over Yelwa, Kaduna, Zamfara, Minna, Bida and Ibi in the afternoon/evening. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 29 – 38℃and 19 – 29℃respectively.
SOUTHERN STATES: Rain shower are anticipated over Oshogbo, Ibadan, Akure, Enugu, Lagos, Calabar, Eket and Port Harcourt axis in the morning hours. Widespread thunderstorms are expected over the entire region in the afternoon/evening. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the ranges of 32 – 34℃and 22 – 26℃respectively.
