The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Tuesday, December 25, 2018:
NORTHERN STATES: Thick dust haze condition is expected to prevail over this region throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the ranges of 25 – 32℃ and 10 – 16℃ respectively.
CENTRAL STATES: Dust haze condition with visibility range of 2 –5km and localised visibility of less than 1,000km is expected to prevail over this region throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the ranges of 29 – 35℃ and 14 – 20℃ respectively except for Jos 28/9℃.
SOUTHERN STATES: Dust haze condition with visibility range of 2 – 5km and localised visibility of less than 1,000km is expected to prevail over the inland cities while moderate dust haze condition is expected the coastal axis during the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the ranges of 32 – 35℃ and 16 – 22℃ respectively.
