Breaking News: Many feared dead as bomb blast rocks Abuja FCT

This is bad news which is bound to distract many Nigerians who had already tuned their mind to the match, soon to kick off, between Nigeria and Argentina at the on-going World Cup in Brazil: Terrorists have successfully bombed a target in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja.

An explosion was minutes ago reported at the popular EMAB Plaza in Wuse, in the heart of town. Many lives are reportedly lost in the explosion.

The bomb was said to have been concealed in a taxi. it went off hours after another blast in Mubi, Adamawa State.

The last time Boko Haram, which is suspected of being behind the Wuse explosion, successfully bombed Abuja was in 2012. The closes the group came thereafter was the bombing of Nyanya on the outskirts of the federal capital.
