Kawu Baraje
Kwara State Governor, Dr Abdulfatah Ahmed, has described the death of Hajiya Aisha Omoagba Baraje as a big loss and a difficult vacuum to fill.
In a condolence message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Abdul Wahab Oba, Gov Ahmed said the death of Hajiya Aisha “at a time when his son, Kawu Baraje, is leading a political reformation and realignment in the country is such a devastating and shocking news.
“We are, however, consoled that the deceased lived a pious life worthy of emulation and also survived by a son, among other children, who have shown uncommon committed to the progress and development of the country with great sacrifices and dedication,” the governor said.
Gov Ahmed admonished the family of the deceased, particularly Alhaji Abubakar Kawu Baraje to see the death of Hajiya Aisha as an act of God while praying Allah to grant the deceased the best of paradise and grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
