However, “no life was lost during the incident,” according to a report in LEADERSHIP.
“The incident was said to have happened when one of the vehicles in the convoy of Buhari, a Prado Jeep somersaulted several times while trying to avoid running into an oncoming vehicle,” the paper said.
As reported earlier today by News Express, Buhari led a delegation of the national leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on a condolence visit to the Chief of Marwa, Mallam Tagwi Sambo, whose subjects were attacked by invaders, who left a trail of death and destruction in their trail.
The delegation, which donated the sum of N2m to the victims, included the Interim Deputy National Chairman, Aminu Bello Masari, and the Interim Deputy National Secretary, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai.
